• What Wagering Requirement applies to your Deposit Bonus and Bonus Spins?


• 25. For the purposes of the following clauses, Deposit Bonus and Bonus Spins shall each be called a “Bonus” and, together the “Bonuses”.


• 26. Each Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 40x your Bonus ("Wagering Requirement"). This means that you cannot withdraw any Bonus Funds in respect of that Bonus from your Bonus Balance until you have wagered 40x the value of that Bonus on any Promotion Games (such games being the same for each of the Bonuses).


• 27. Each time you place a wager on a Promotion Game, your stake will be deducted from the Wagering Requirement for that Bonus. For example, if you made a deposit of €10, and you receive a €15 Bonus and the Wagering Requirement would be 40x your Bonus = 40 x €15 = €600. If you then place a wager of €10, this would be deducted from the Wagering Requirement and you would need to stake a further €590 (i.e. €600 - €10 = €590) before you could withdraw any Bonus Funds from your Bonus Balance in respect of that Bonus. For the purposes of this example, we have assumed that all wagers made had a stake Contribution of 100%, as detailed below.


• 28. The Wagering Requirement must be met within the relevant Bonus Period for that Bonus; otherwise, the Bonus (and any Bonus Funds) will automatically be deleted from your Account.


• 29. Once you have met the Wagering Requirement for the relevant Bonus, any Bonus Funds from that Bonus will automatically transfer to your Real Money Balance from where you will be able to withdraw them as cash or wager them in non-Promotion play.

• 31. This means that when you place a stake in a Promotion Game, only the percentage of your stake equal to the Stake Contribution shown in the table for that Promotion Game / Promotion Game category will count towards the relevant Wagering Requirement. For example, if your Wagering Requirement is €120 and you place a wager of €100 in a Promotion Game that has a Stake Contribution of 25%, €25 (i.e. 25% of €100) would count towards the Wagering Requirement, leaving €95 of the Wagering Requirement remaining.


• Stake Contributions for Roulette and Blackjack games


• 32. For all Blackjack games, your Stake Contribution for each wager you place will be 20%. For example, if you placed a stake of €50, your Stake Contribution would be 20% and €10 of your stake (i.e. 20% of your €50 stake) would count towards your Bonus Wagering Requirement or Free Spins Wagering Requirement (as applicable).


• 33. For all Roulette games, your Stake Contribution for each wager you place (and the contribution of your stake to your Wagering Requirement), will be determined by the percentage contribution set out in the table below ("Total Coverage Percent"). • 35. For example, where you place a:
  a) Low Table Coverage bet (i.e. your Table Coverage Percent is lower than or equal to 25%), your Stake Contribution will be 50%. For example, if you placed a stake of €30, your Stake Contribution would be 50% and €15 of your stake (50% of your €30 stake) would count towards your Bonus Wagering Requirements or Bonus Spins Wagering Requirements (as applicable);
  b) Medium Table Coverage bet (i.e. your Table Coverage Percent is equal to or greater than 25.1% but less than or equal to 48%), your Stake Contribution will be 25%. For example, if you placed a stake of €30, your Stake Contribution would be 25% and €7.50 of your stake (25% of your €30 stake) would count towards your Bonus Wagering Requirement or Bonus Spins Wagering Requirement (as applicable); and
  c) High Table Coverage bet (i.e. your Table Coverage Percent is greater than or equal to 48.1%), your Stake Contribution will be 0%. This means that any High Table Coverage bet will not count towards the Bonus Wagering Requirement or the Bonus Spins Wagering Requirement (as applicable).


• How do funds from your Account contribute to wagers you place in Promotion-play?


• 36. When you place a wager in a Promotion Game, the stake will be taken from your Account in the following order of priority:
  a) initially, from your Real Money Balance;
  b) then, if your stake exceeds the value of your Real Money Balance, the remaining stake in excess of your Real Money Balance will be taken from your Bonus Balance;


• 37. If the total funds in your Bonus Balance fall below €0.99 at any time, the Promotion will automatically end and any remaining funds will remaining the Bonus Balance. You will not be able to withdraw that amount however you may continue using it to make wagers.


• How are winnings allocated to your Account during Promotion-play?


• 38. When you place a successful wager, your winnings will be split between your Real Money Balance and your Bonus Balance in proportion to the percentage of the stake contributed by each, respectively.

• How do you cancel the Promotion?


• 42. You may choose to cancel the Promotion at any time by:
  a. Contacting our Customer Services team to confirm that you wish to cancel the Promotion using the contact details contained on the "Contact Us" page on the Website.; or
  b. Opting to withdraw your Real Money Balance by:
  (i). Clicking on “Withdraw” which can be accessed through the “Account” tab on the Website;

2.2. “Bonus” - A bonus can mean rewards such as Welcome Offers, Deposit Bonuses, Wager Free Spins, Free Spins, Bonus Spins or Bonus Money, Sportsbook Free Bets, Sportsbook Locked Free Bets, Cash or other types of offers. The type and size of the Bonus may vary. Any restrictions or requirements applicable to the Bonus will be highlighted to You in the Special Bonus T&Cs. A Bonus may be convertible to Real Money in Your Account (and available for withdrawal), subject to You fulfilling the terms and conditions stipulated for that Bonus.

2.3. “Bonus Money” - This is the money that You have been rewarded or winnings from the Bonus that appear on Your account. This money may have restrictions on it and cannot be withdrawn without meeting certain criteria.

2.4. “Real Money” - is the money that You have deposited or winnings from the money You have deposited. Real Money is unrestricted and can be withdrawn at any time. However, during Promotions or with Bonuses, You may be required to wager the Bonus or winnings from Bonus spins before You are able to withdraw the full amount. This means that if You withdraw Your Real Money before the Wagering Requirements have been met, You will forfeit Your Bonus and any winnings from that Bonus.

2.5. “Deposit Bonus” - A Bonus which is tied to a deposit and matches a specified percentage of the deposit You make. The match-up percentage may vary, and the bonus might be adapted for a certain Game type and specific conditions and restrictions may apply before you can request a withdrawal. Wagering conditions will apply to both the deposited amount and the bonus amount. 

Deposit Bonuses can be accumulated, but that means wagering amounts (i.e. the amounts You are required to wager) also accumulate and follow the conditions set by the newest consumed bonus. For example, if any casino (or sports) deposit bonus is being consumed and the Player decides to use a new deposit bonus, wagering requirements of the new deposit bonus would prevail. Also the wagering amounts of the bonus that were already being consumed will accumulate with the amounts of the new bonus.

In the Casino, the minimum wagering of a Bonus is thirty (30) times the Bonus amount and any connected deposit, unless otherwise stated in the Special Bonus T&Cs. A sports bet contributes towards casino offer wagering requirements at 100% as long as it fills in the contribution criteria defined in section 9 below.

For Sportsbook, different deposit bonuses will have different wagering requirements, such as minimum odds or others. Should your bet be cashed out, void, push or a non-runner it won't contribute towards the wagering requirements. A bet will only contribute to the wagering requirement once settled. You can also wager it thirty (30) times on Casino and the contribution will depend on the Casino games You play as stated on the section 9 below.

2.6. “Bonus Turnover” - If You have Bonus Money in Your account this Bonus Money will play proportionately to Your Real Money. So, for example, if You have €100 Real Money and €50 Bonus Money in Your account, a bet of €3 will contain €2 Real Money and €1 Bonus Money, and any winnings are divided into the same ratio. If You get several Bonuses at the same time, the Bonus Money and the Wagering Requirements are accumulated.

2.7. “Game Weighting” - There are a number of Games that contribute differently toward the Wagering Requirement. Please refer to the below Section 9 for the list of the Game Weighting.

2.8. “Loyalty Rewards” - You can level up with a chance to earn a reward. Rewards are given out in the form of “Valuables” and You can be rewarded with a number of Bonuses including but not limited to free rounds or free cash while You play.

2.9. “Promotion” - is a campaign or Offer that has specific terms and conditions for entry and prizes/winnings. 

2.10. “Valuable” - You can level up with a chance to earn rewards. Rewards are given out in the form of “valuables”. You will see these Valuables in Your account. These may contain rewards such as Bonus Spins, Deposit Bonuses, Bonus Money or other types of Offers. The Valuable will show You the Bonus awarded, the period in which this is valid, if there are specific Games this must be played on and any Wagering Requirements.

2.11. “Bonus Spins” - are spins that You will be rewarded after You have made a deposit of a certain stipulated amount that we will tell You beforehand. Winnings on Bonus Spins are converted to Bonus Money and are usually subject to a Wagering Requirement of 30 times. Bonus Money will convert automatically to Real Money once the Wagering Requirement is completed. Bonus Spins must be activated through the Account, when You are logged in. Once these are activated, the Bonus Spins are set off and the particular Game will start automatically. Bonus Spins must be completed within 60 days of claiming otherwise they will expire and all winnings generated by the Bonus Spins will be forfeited.

2.12. “Free Spins” - Another name for Bonus Spins..

2.13. “Wager Free Spins” - are spins rewarded to be used on a specific Game. These spins have no Wagering Requirements and do not require a deposit. Wager Free Spins must be activated through the Account, when You are logged in. Once these are activated, the Wager Free Spins are set off and the particular Game will start automatically.

2.14. “Wagering Requirement” - You may be required to wager Bonus Money or wager winnings from spins a certain number of times before the Bonus Money and winnings can be withdrawn. Unless You complete the Wagering Requirements, You will be unable to withdraw Your Bonus Money or any winnings from the Bonus Money. You can make a withdrawal of Your Real Money before You have fulfilled the Wagering Requirement as this money is unrestricted, but then You will lose Your Bonus Money. On the withdrawal page, You will see if You have Bonus money left to wager and informed that they will be forfeited if You choose to make a withdrawal. We let You know how much of Your balance is Bonus Money and how much You have left to wager before You can withdraw this. You can wager in as many increments of the required wagering amount as You want to. For example, for a €10 Wagering Requirement You can wager €5 twice to receive the Bonus. Please remember to check the Game Weighting in section 9 below for further restrictions. Only Real Money (and any connected bonus) wagering contributes towards the fulfillment of the Wagering Requirement.

2.15. ”Free Bet” - A free bet allows You to place a bet for free on a certain outcome, and if You win You keep the profits. The original amount for the free bet You placed will be deducted from the winnings. We may require certain criteria to be met for You to claim a free bet.

2.16. “Sportsbook Locked Free bets” - Locked free bets (sometimes known as qualifying bets) are Valuables that need certain criteria or requirements to be met before they are made available to be used as Free Bet. 

2.17. “Welcome Offer” - A collection of Bonuses sometimes made available (at Our sole and absolute discretion) to newly registered Players on the Website. 

2.18. “Cashbacks” - Cashback is an Offer where you will get back a percentage of your losses within a period or other specified condition as detailed within the Offer.

3. Other Important Terms

3.1. We reserve the right to withdraw an Offer at any time without prior notice by removing the Offer from the Website so it is no longer available. This will not affect anyone who has already opted into the Offer, made a deposit where applicable or has already started with the Offer and is expecting the Bonus when they fulfil the requirements.

4. Bonuses & Rewards Scheme Conditions

4.1. You understand that Offers may be subject to certain conditions. Significant terms and conditions will be included in the main advert or marketing of the Offer where size permits. The full terms and conditions of the Offer are contained in the Special Bonus T&Cs for the relevant Offer and You need to read these Special T&Cs in full (alongside these General Bonus T&Cs) before taking part in or accepting an Offer.

4.2. You understand that You will only be able to receive or benefit from Offers that apply to the territory in which You are resident and, where stated, Your deposit payment method.

4.3. While playing with wagers made using their Bonus balance on slot games which store value or progress, Players are strictly prohibited from intentionally advancing the slot game progress using bonus money and then delaying the playing of a Game round which would result in a that stored value or progress being released with real money later. This includes all Bonus and/or Free Spin modes and features which may arise as a result of stored value or progress using Bonus Money. In the event that this occurs, the Player agrees that their Bonus and/or any associated winnings may be voided.

4.4 You are able to withdraw your original deposit amount at any moment (subject to any checks and verifications that we would be required to do as part of our regulatory obligations). 

Should you wish to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the wagering requirements attached to the promotion, you will forfeit your bonus balance including any related winnings.

5. How to activate a Bonus

5.1. To activate Your Bonus – go to Your Valuables (select Your name on the main menu, and then ‘Valuables’ at the top of the page), then choose the Bonus. The Significant Bonus T&Cs such as Wagering Requirements will appear on the Valuable if You hover over it.

6. Bonus and Promotion Abuse

6.1 If Casumo notices that the Offer is being abused and/or our terms are being breached, we may take the following actions against such abusers:

• Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that we regard may have been redeemed by misuse of the system; and/or

• Players found to be abusing Bonus offers may be barred from receiving further Bonuses; and/or

• Abusing player accounts may be terminated
  

6.2 A list of what may be deemed abuse may include but is not limited to:

• Using more than one Account or using third-party Account(s)

• Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us, is considered bonus abuse and any potential winnings generated from that offer will be cancelled/confiscated

• Equal, zero or low margin bets

• Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 20% or more of the value of the Bonus credited to their account until such a time as the wagering requirements have been met.

• Wagering bonuses on excluded games

• Co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source;

• Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or other behaviour which amounts to deliberate cheating

• Masking IP address or using a VPN

• Employees of Casumo and any associated company, their families and anyone connected with Casumo and the scheme, or those ineligible to enter under other clauses in these terms, may not participate in the promotion.

6.3. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification checks to ensure compliance with our Agreement. Should such checks reveal a breach of Agreement, we may exercise our right to confiscate the Bonus and/or winnings from the Bonus and/or block accounts. 

6.4. Unless otherwise stated (such as within a Welcome Offer), the maximum bet allowed when using Bonus Money is five (€5) per spin or fifty cents (€0.50) per bet line, or the approximate equivalent thereof in the currency of the territory in which You are resident, and this is applicable until such time as the Wagering Requirements have been met. We reserve the right of voiding bets and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts. When wagering with bonus money on Table Games or Live Casino Games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Wheel Games, Poker Games), the maximum total bet allowed is €10 per round. We reserve the right of voiding bets and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts. 

7. Account restrictions

7.1. An Offer is limited to one Offer per Player (one Offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method). Players using a shared computer can only have one account per computer or IP address. In case of accounts found to be sharing the details previously mentioned, We reserve the right to confiscate the funds on the Accounts and/or block the Accounts. The original deposit made by the Player if applicable will not be confiscated and only the Bonus and/or winnings from the Bonus will be confiscated.

7.2. Our employees, officers and directors, or of any of Our Group Companies shall not be eligible for Offers.

7.3. If You are or You become self-excluded during the Offer, You will not be eligible to participate in the Offer or receive any Bonuses or prizes during the time You have self-excluded.

8. Expiry

8.1. Offers have specific expiry times and/or claiming times attached to them which shall be outlined on the Valuable.

9. Game Weighting and Contribution to Wagering Requirements

9.1. We reserve the right to manage how bonuses are used before you may withdrawal them, therefore not all bets will count towards the wagering requirements for your bonus. Most games contribute towards the wagering requirements, but not all. 

9.1.1*Slots with a Return To Player (RTP) of 96.8% or higher contribute 30% towards the wagering

9.1.2 The use of bonus funds purely to progress the state of a game with bonus funds in games such as, but not limited to; Bronco Spirit, Golden Beauty, Solar Queen, Crystal Cavern, Serengeti Kings, Castle Builder, Devil's Delight, to a point where the future spins have an increased chance of winning, increased chance of larger payout, or increased chance of playing a bonus round, and then later return with real money funds to release pending value is considered as abusive play and can result in the winnings from the final bonus round(s) voided. Abusing player Accounts may be terminated.

9.1.3 Here is how much each game contributes to the wagering requirements:

9.1.4 Some games are excluded from being played with bonus funds. You will be notified of this upon entering the game. Bets in these games will only be taken from your cash balance. Your bonus balance will not be used and thus bets will not contribute towards your wagering requirement

9.2. Sportsbook Bet Contribution in Casino Bonuses:

9.2.1. Unless stated otherwise, bets placed on odds lower than 1.6 (decimal odds) or ⅗ (fractional odds) will not contribute towards Bonus Wagering Requirements, regardless of whether Your bet is a single, multiple or a system bet.

9.2.2. Should Your bet be cashed out, void, push or a non-runner it won't contribute towards the Wagering Requirements. A bet will only contribute to the Wagering Requirements once settled.

9.2.3. Sportsbook Free Bets and Sportsbook Locked Free Bets don't contribute towards Wagering Requirements. Free Bets also don’t contribute towards wagering requirements. A bet will only contribute to the wagering requirement once settled. Some other promotional bets might not contribute to Wagering Requirements either which we will let you know within the respective Special Bonus T&Cs.

10. Amendments and Errors

10.1. We may reclaim any Offer or Bonus that has been awarded in error.

10.2. We may make amendments to an Offer to correct typographical errors or to improve understanding and we reserve the right to amend or terminate an Offer at any time if required to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
